Lourdes Kulju is a graduate of CSU Long Beach where she started her career in post-secondary education helping students pursue their educational goals. Lourdes has over 27 years of experience in postsecondary education, with 14 years at the CSU Chancellors Office. She provides leadership and support to CSU campuses, educators and counselor in all aspects of academic preparation programs. Lourdes also collaborates with community organizations to promote equity, access and opportunity. Lourdes is the Performance Partnership Pilot (P3) coordinator for the CSU segment.
